As a strategic partner to the executive team, she leads all areas of Human Resources and Benefits, aligning people’s strategy with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness. Julie is focused on leadership development, culture-building, and change management, working closely with employees and leaders across the company to foster a high-performance, values-driven workplace.
